We offer a 10% discount if party of 2 would like to rent entire house.

Deposit is 50% of total cost for stay. Because we turn down all other rental requests once a party's reservation is confirmed, we are unable to return payments due to cancellation unless we are able to re-rent the house for your reserved time.
